Olivares and his band, Latin Spice, perform music that is best

described as "Latin World Beat." Mario's brand of guitar is a

mixture of flamenco and Arabic melodies, romantic boleros and

a touch of Latin Jazz, with the foundation of Spanish Classical guitar. 

Olivares' band plays with passion and romance with the Corazon

(heart) of the bolero. With Mario's virtuoso guitar melodies

beautifully complementing all of the instruments, the romance of
